Growfitz does not accept returns. However, in instances where the wrong product or damaged product is delivered to the customer, we will either initiate the refund for the wrongly/damaged delivered product or initiate shipping the correct product again, as the customer may request upon communication. Such communication has to be initiated by the customer within 24 hours of delivery. 

Order once placed, cannot be cancelled or edited.  

Refund or replacement of defected products requires valid visual (photo/video) proof. Products with a broken seal will be automatically rejected.

The refunds normally take 4-7 working days.

 If the return order, if the customer asks for a refund which was delivered but due to the fault of the customer has to come to the office(RTO), then the customer's money will be charged with regarding  to the logistic company.
